Well, that all comes down to how a settlement is derived.

Licenses and franchisees are traded and bought daily......if you own a McDonalds franchise/license....don't think for one minute that you can implement food products out side the McDonalds food chain.

"Powered by e.Digital" = franchise

Those "elements had better be on a scale of franchisees tending orders.....that would be, IMO, the only thing that will attract funds.
