Asking "$100.00+" for shares they want to acquire at the top of the bid could be construed that they don't have any interest to sell or they don't have any shares to sell ...at any price. (Although I'd take it if I could get it, is $100 per share a 'realistic price' today?)

I saw this happen in April on another stock which very quickly doubled (within a week) and while past performance does not guarantee future results, it is likely now that there is a Markman actually scheduled, EDIG is now on a few radar screens.

Including, possibly, some of those companies who know they will be named at a future date.
