You are not. Myself, I had hoped the raise implied that something big was in the pipeline (eVU-sales-wise) but the latest PR seems to indicate that is not the case.

I think they gave the actual reason in the SEC filing (whether or not we agree with it).

(e) On July 28, 2010, upon the recommendation of its Compensation Committee, the Board of Directors approved a salary increase for Alfred Falk, the Company's Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Falk's salary will increase to $185,000 annually effective July 26, 2010 which is an increase from the $155,000 salary he has received since January 2009 when he was appointed CEO and continued the salary from his previous position as Vice President of Corporate Development.

Look at it this way... the company saved about $45K over the last 1.5 years.
