Not a very good explanation from me....Others will do much better! Think it has something to do with the sale of one of his companies?? He had to sell, I think due to conflict of interest? Somebody else who knows exactly can let you know from here. I am only responding because it passed the "smell test" for me. Glad you picke up those shares!
