Polis selling shares at 0.08. Seems weird.

I don't check in often, but did anyone notice that Eric Polis sold 246K shares at 0.08 dated 5/27/10. I understand that he has many, many more shares, but it seems strange to sell at that price with all that he knows. I can't imagine that he was hard up for $19K. Possibly a tax loss maneuver?? Maybe he knew that I was buying then and needed the shares. Thanks Eric!!
