This had to be a tough decision for Fred and company, as he was jazzed at the SHM showing us all the new bells and whistles the next gen eVU would have.

Something tells me, the announcement on that day that we had a very large US airline conducting trials (a very large order pending) fizzled. That in itself could have forced the decision. Obviously just an opinion on my part, but that could be a factor.

I would think they could dust off those plans, pick up the pace and get the new design out there with reasonable speed.

This is a temporary road block far as I'm concerned.
