We do not win anything unless you understand what verbiage is being added and how it does modify.

All I'm simply trying to get across is that, what the defendants want added will modify to a substantial degree and will change the meaning of the whole patent as opposed to one claim.

I do not see the court agreeing with the defendants.....but the court has full discretion over the matter.....right or wrong in making the determination.
