You are right. It is 1/28/2011 at 8:30 A.M....

1/01/2011, is actually when the Markman "Game" comes to a "Head". 30 DAYS before the Hearing date all that needs to take place at the Hearing is concluded, and the stage is "Set" for the Hearing to take place...

So, by December 28, 2010, (30 days before the Hearing date), we should know of all of the noup of 19 who are going to engage in any "Settlements"; and we should have an idea of what the Hearing is going to be about?...
