One company (Samsung) was heading toward Markman in February 2010 versus 16 companies today that are on that same path for January 2011. It is a big difference. We are theoretically 16 times more likely to reach the actual Markman hearing. The alternative would be 16 settlements all occurring within just 5.5 months. I think I’ll be satisfied either way it goes.
