I agree with your thoughts/comments.

Another forte of DM is mergers and acquisitions.

And lets not forget, DM has a lien on our patents.

I have felt all along, this lien is collateral, and should a tender offer come along, DM's agreement pays them their share in brokering the deal, and release the lien.

Long path with lots of decisions to make as this evolves.
