I agree, in fact I have suggested that we need a number of new talent including engineering and development. All of these individuals could come aboard as improvement in the balance sheet and demand for new products, partnerships, etc becomes paramount in future strategies.

There are several avenues to consider as to priorities. If and when we generate multi millions, perhaps 10, 20 or more, then consideration should be given to a seasoned finance executive.

As we develop new technology, look at complicated contracts, partnerships, or technology agreements, then perhaps a new CEO should be the target depending on the course of action that is being developed.

I'm just saying that it's never too late to begin the planning for an explosive future, if indeed we think that is a strong possibility.
