I would like to point out this is old news.

When I ask RP via e-mail when the encryption patent was submitted, his reply included a statement very similar to this. I can't remember when the e-mail was, but I think the 1st office action was between Jan 1 and Mar 31, and my e-mail was a month or more later. If I can dig it up I'll re-post it.

My "old news" comment is in the context of good news, meaning it was months ago.
