I beleive 1 of the rules of buyback is they can only purchase 10% of the dailey trading volume average per day ,

200k average , they can only buy 20k shares a day , we need those elements to kick in so the volume gets up in the millions EVERY day !

Im sure arour great info people SMANN , SS , Jefother and others will post the rules for buyback soon !

PPD prepaid legal has been buying back shares for 10 years ( FYI )
