Full blown discovery process......We are talking some major bucks on legal fees which makes me feel even stronger about our case. DM's team has to be quite large and if he is willing to invest that kind of man hours ($200-300 per hour) then I am sure he feels very confident in the results....... I smell a grand slam just around the corner...
