But I do remember just before the 2008 SHM Sandisk turned down a Samsung offer of $26/share as "under valued" and we were discussion it at EDIG's SHM place, being their conf room, and someone joked saying "I'd take 1/2 of that" in which RP replied, "we are not for sale for less than $21/share", and a comment others who were not there dispute.

Note, the mtg was not called to order yet.

$21/share seems way too high IMO, but we can hope....
