``nullify`` does not mean they`re going to die if they miss the window....they have reserves...

I see a strong message in that statement...

``Your proxy ballot should be received by ADP Investor Communications (the company we have contracted to identify shareholders, print and mail the proxy information, and tabulate votes on the proxy proposals) no later than 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time, August 4, 2005 for your vote to be considered and for timely proxy tabulation.``

This is a real test of the investor base...if you do not vote...it`s counted as a NO vote.

Feelings of..Yes or No.. be involved...make it a real vote.

If you have a feeling to vote yes....and you slack off for what ever reason...your vote is going to be counted as NO.

If you have a feeling to vote No...you can slack off.
