The answer is, IT DOES NOT REALLY MATTER! Does it? What matters is getting a 'WIN' ,so DM can really raise the price of a license.

I am betting this 'sale' will end once we get a strong Markman Ruling. The current group of 16 will crumble, and we will go above 16 cents and never again fall below it.
