IMO, don't see how past settlement values would cap future same?

Certainly current claimed infringers can see pretty close via finacials, just as we can, what the previous 10 approximately paid, if not just pick up the phone and find out...lol.

Each claim is unique company by company as to the number of products, units sold, over what time period, how much profit made etc...

A range I can see, but a cap...no.

JMO on the matter and good question on your part.
