It's nice to read some of the real time comments of this case...
Interesting what Sutton/Sakar injects at the end of the meeting....IMO, he's somewhat in the dark on the issues he presents. Most all of the listed defendants have the same considerations he tries to play ignorance to.
In any event, I like reading the minutes of meetings, they're very clear as to what takes place.
The judge is very inquisitive.....I like that. IMO, he understands that the principle format usage of a typical solid state memory module will not show up on the information that has been tendered by the defendants at this point.
