This would mean a new and seperate agreement with DM. Why do you WANT to force them to buy shares? Everything added that has a value will lower the cash given to us. Let's just get the largest cash settlement that we can. Get 25millillion or more and I'm guessing the share price might go up.

If we had NO PARTNER that wanted his 40% then I might see it happening. I am sure the other cases where it happened was vastly different. BICBW.
