The company is asking us to approve additional shares to be released into the market as they please which will delete our shares as they are released.

Have they earned that privilege ???? Based on past opportunities missed my answer is NO !!!

Have they told us what they need them for ?? No again !!

Most any time we ask a question about anything we get the run around or `` Robert Speak `` !!

Who owns this company ?? The shareholders own the company but the company management does not act like it !!!

They say it will harm the co. if the additional shares are not approved , I say they will find a way !!

I will vote NO for the above reasons !!

Will I sell my shares?? NO,NO,NO, I still think this company has GREAT POTENTIAL for huge gains !!

THis is my opinion only, and I will still be a stockholder.
