I was told by RP years ago that EDig had enough shares committed to it or proxied to it to have no worry if every shareholder (meaning guys like us)voted no on anything. All this conversation is meaningless, THEY ALREADY HAVE THE VOTES...That will be shown quite clearly at the shareholder meeting.....
