And that is not my thought....settlements are my thought.

My consideration has noting to do with the court and more to do with what the companies will do prior to the hearing. If the details involving 737 come into focus prior to this scheduled Markman......IMO, they will settle prior if they have stepped over those bounds.

If that hearing happens with the 737 issues ....they will open a new can of worms that may come back to haunt them at a later date.

The hardware is one thing.....the real power is in the format......however, both are important to each other for the process.
