They did. The read the handwriting on the wall. They could not prove their position and the markman was the stone wall that they would have been splattered on. If EDIG went ahead with markman at that time all that we are going through right now would not be nessesary. My feelings have been we sold out for the few buck they got and a meaninless liscence. JMO
