It makes sense to me too. This answers my previous question about how we could use the shares to incorporate a partner in the business. Of course, EDIG couldn`t say that this is what is what would be going on with the new shares. Also, the request for a yes vote would be to get as many votes as possible to secure the deal, knowing full well that EDIG `probably` has enough control to make it happen anyway.

Although, from testimonies on this board, it seems that a significant % of the shares are held in the hands of a relative few here.
