Looks like a lot to do about nothing. Seems like the shares are trading in a tight range as person/parties are just exchanging shares. There's obvious no big buy as the price would be moving up and the same would go for a sell off. Thus it would appear there has been a swapping of shares and there should be a legal posting to come.
