I'm wondering if there's any relationship to yesterdays volume and the fact we haven't seen a response from EDIG to the Defendants motion to stay discovery (Doc 309). I expected EDIG to come out swinging in opposition to that motion but so far they've been silent. Defendants filed that on 8/24 and here it is 9/9.
