I personaly would like to see the discovery process continue for a while before any settlements. The reason bieing is that the more DM can find out about how they use our patents,what products, how many products are sold with our tech. etc.,etc., the better off we will be when going after the other 150+. Another why to look at it IMO is the more he knows about the current 16 the higher the settlement, especailly if he has the sales figures from these 16. I would bet that DM probably has already decieded not to talk settlement until he has all this info.

Wouldn't be a kick in the ^%& if we found out all that volume yesterday was the Nokia empolyee that had to release sales figures for discovery....once he found out how much doo doo Nokia was in he diceided to buy into Edig
