09-09-2010 CTFR Final Rejection

It looks like we have ....

final rejection on the security patent......6 months to patch it up, or it goes to abandonment.

claims 1-34 are are yet again scrutinized.....pretty much on the same principles as the last time.

Will DM try again or let it go .....I guess this means it's their last shot ...seeing the last time it was a "non-final rejection" and this time it's a final?
