SGE, you may know ``Nuthin``` but I`m convinced by the perspective you voice. I was leaning towards a definite ``No`` vote. I know it doesn`t mean much for a little over a quarter million shares but it represents a lot of blood sweat and tears on this end. I now lean the other way towards a yes. Am I happy with things? Hell no! But options are limited, and shooting ourselves in the foot doesn`t seem like a good one from what remains. Damn management...get it right this time! Play up to the level of the engineering.
