Yep, IMO, EDIG has a deal, written or not, through 2005 and Brent Wood confirmed Wencor`s commitment to stick with EDIG at least that long....a strong move in the negotiations with EDIG considering that IMS`s PEA has no track record and no confirmed major studio support. EDIG has a proven product mixed with major studio approval...content, content, content. That`s much we KNOW.

Would it be a smart move for EDIG to sell their tech to another entity to put in another case / format for IFE sales? IMO, HELL NO! Biting the only hand that is currently feeding you can lead to severe hunger and begging for 100M newly minted shares. What is odd to me, it the begging part. EDIG does not need even one of the shares represented on all the message boards to pass the BOD requests. The large number of outstanding shares, their financing entities, and non voting (means YES) shareholders take care of a guaranteed YES vote. They KNOW that. The begging is, at best, disingenuous. The ``Do we vote Yea or Nay`` banter is only good for board jurky to chew on. In the real world it is worth less than junk mail and spam. All proposals will be approved. Period.

As for Wencor`s 2006 new product offerings, there is zero evidence that anyone involved -- not Wencor nor IMS nor APS nor EDIG -- have the slightest clue what is going to change. Change will happen in the direction of IMS or EDIG or a combination of both. Today, nobody knows.

An educated WAG might be a new simple cross talk between IMS`s TDL and the new advanced digEplayer portable and semi-embedded digEsytem for wireless content updates. Thus, the assumed strengths of IMS and EDIG combined. That seems logical, but sense when has anything EDIG been logical?

We truely know less today than we did last week. I will not be surprised to see announcements just prior to the ASM to give a bit of new life to this puzzeling company. If the ``news`` is verifiable and shows a strong revenue stream, EDIG has a happy ASM and we wait to see the real results in the form of quarterly financial reports. IMO, anything short of the above and it will be a long ASM with lots of tough questions.

Fish or cut bait?

John
