For my money, it appears to me that Yungwirth kind of beat up on Cohen, I almost feel sorry for him...... NOT!!! LOL Reading their recent appeal to the court concerning the defendents stall tactics and the private email between Yungwirth and Cohen gives me goose bumps, I'm starting to think our 10 year train ride might be closing in on the station !!
