It`s been good to read all of the input on this very important topic in the last few days. I have relatively few shares compared to most here, it appears, so my vote will have little effect.

It appears to me that the company encapsulated what has transpired for us in the last few years and then asked for our support to authorize new shares. I`ve believed in the company since 1999 and they appear to still be in this game.

I`m voting yes and I believe if it passes, we will all win.
