First off, Wencor would get some up front money from their customer.

But more to your point.... EDIG apparently has an arrangement with the digE manufacturer (not unlike EDIG`s arrangement with Wencor) where a portion of the purchase price is paid up front, the rest upon delivery. Most manufacturing business works that way I believe.
