And yes, your scenario of EDIG using the newly authorized shares to get money (either through their sale, or by leveraging them as collateral for financing) to fund other endeavors is certainly a possibility.

Maybe I should add one tid-bit to my ``Accumulation Theory`` scenario to further clarify what I`m thinking. I am reasonably certain that Wencor does indeed wish to integrate our digE magic with IMS`s TDL for a ``best of the best`` ultimate product (un-beatable by the competition, e.g., Panasonic). I think they`d just like to lock us down (in the travel entertainment industry - NOT the CE industry), and my little conjecture is a sensible (IMO) avenue to achieve that end.
