If DM gets a favorable decision on the MARKMAN HEARING, he will most likely move to another FEDERAL venue that is better equipped and has the expertese in handling big volume of ARTICLE III, MOTIONS for Summary Judgment, like San Francisco, or San Jose, and where there is an abundance of resources, (like EXPERTS), to help expedite the conclusion of the cases...

If the Markman Ruling is unfavorable, (there I said it!...Lol...), that is another story. They probably will remain in Denver till the Appeals run out...
