Read Doc 309 by the Defendants. They wanted to delay discovery until after the Markman Hearing, to hopefully save themselves a lot of money and time. The judge denied their motion and now they have to start providing EDIG what they need to prove their case, i.e., technical data, drawings, etc of their accused products. In my opinion, we'll likely see settlements soon from at least some of the Defendants. Hopefully at least one will want to go to the Markman Hearing, which will make our next lawsuit that much easier.

Without a doubt, this is a nice win for DM.
