I agree. I think they will all roll over and we will end up without a Markman. I would however like to see one company stick around and try to fight because IMHO that will increase the potential value and maybe save us time for round 3.

I think the big companies can drop 10-50 M without even blinking and would expect the settlements to be in this range for the larger players.
