And the concept is not limitted to Patent Litigation. Every Law suit is like a chess game, and those that come prepared shall ultimately WIN their cases. And therein lies the one short coming of our judicial system. It, by its very nature favors the rich as the costs of litigation are prohibitive to 99% of our population...

That is why the system created the "Contingency Fee Agreements."

I have said it before, the most important thing RP and the Gang have done in their tenure is to get DM to represent EDIG on contingency. EDIG could not have their day in Court if DM would not take their case on contingency basis.
