If e.Digital needed the shares for that scenario they should have come out and said it. They did not... so we have to assume they DO NOT need the shares for that purpose. There is no reason for secrecy here... if they can`t be up front with us then this scenario DOES NOT EXIST. It`s really that simple, unfortunately.
