In my Judgement DM is gearing up for the "TRIAL", meaning he is getteing all their ducks in order to take case through a Makman Hearing and get his "Favorable Ruling" from Judge Krieger...
The "settlement" part of their activity is secondary to the legal preparation and will be continuing ,and be facilitated by a favorable decision obtained sometime by Feb.-March 2011.
