Just a question. I know that there are many knowlegdable guys on this site with some feed back from EDIG. Is it possible that those that are faced with the Markman also read the comments here and use what ever information they can glean for their defense?

Markman is but just a few months away, would it not best to "NOT" disclose what we know or even feel on this issue and let them scurry for their own information for their defence.

Just a thought.
