raggie, it's not that simple IMO. I believe the duties of a Hub Leader include enforcing Agoracom's rules, generating discussion on relevant topics and to bring some occasional DD to the board. So though I may not want to read someone's posts, I feel it is my charge as an HL to. Especially someone who has a history of violations and frequent disruption. And Sinkman is right...the Bill of Rights has no place here since this site is run by Agoracom (out of Canada I might add) and they set the rules. If Paul wants to spew his diatribe down by the local 7-Eleven, he can knock himself out.
