Having content and product hand in hand is the obvious key for success in this market, as demonstrated by Apple. Whoever EDIG is working with apparently gets it and EDIG apparently gets it, now focused on getting involved in the content transferring process along with the device itself.
The concept that helped drive ipod sales is well understood by the markets. The company that moves on this for video will likely have similar results.
However, from some discussions, EDIG`s market is not necessarily directly consumer related, but rather part of a service application.
