Thanks Upchuck! As I suspected after others ``straightened me out``, virtually all of the 200M shares previously authorized are ``used up`` in some fashion.

Pending sales of product, it appears that they do need the additional 100M shares to stay afloat (in addition to enabling any kind of deals that may be in the works).
