Wow, I didn't expect them to follow up that fast....about 100 pages of followup to the final rejection....13 days to respond.

The USPTO is going to have to get use to this and be less rejecting if DM have the ability to justify applications relating to past patent methodologies.

Thing is, they are trying to apply unrelated and might be a bit of a challenge.

DM is definitely serious about it.
