I continue to be amazed how all these CE companies and others in somewhat related fields, make it a regular practice to steal IP....like it's standard operating procedure, and if/when they get caught, there's money in the budget in anticipation of having to write a check.

That would be like me, asking a jail to resevrse me a cell, don't let anyone else use it, because I plan to break the law, and if I get caught, should the judge feel the crime requires a prison term, my place will be ready for me...like making a reservation at a Holiday Inn Express.
