RP may have said $21/share on a buyout but Apple certainly could capture them via a hostile takeover, and still for pennies on the dollar, after all, the market cap is under $25 million, currently.

Considering some of the settlement numbers we are seeing, it would be prudent to own them rather than fight them...especially with the new patent filings coming in the next few months. An APPLE could then execute the rest of the infringement suits and get back the lion's share of their purchase price.
