great post ..Richard...You are correct .. None of us know for sure but deep down inside aren't you hoping and dreaming that Apple is using our patents and we can sue the crap out of them and collect a hugh settlement?

I am not trying speculate or connect dots I'm just doing a little wishful thinking and playing a little "what if"
