I like the direction these recent settlements are going, $600 mil, $200 mil...makes the BRST $60 million settlement seem like a steal by comparison.

Certainly no indication EDIG will be so fortunate but the mere size of the David vs Goliath settlements is encouraging. Considering the billions of dollars in revenues per year these infringers are banking, this still is of little consequence in the big picture.

We are going in the right direction with a date in January for the Markman.

Raise that bar !
